AGUINALDO IN BRONZE—A 7.2-foot bronze statue of President Emilio Aguinaldo is unveiled by local officials of Bayambang town, Pangasinan, and Kawit, Cavite on Friday in front of the Bayambang municipal hall as part of the town’s activities leading to its quadricentennial celebration. Aguinaldo declared Bayambang as the 5th capital of the Republic during the revolutionary government in the late 1800s. The P1-million statue was made in Cebu by renowned sculptor Napoleon Abueva.
