LINGAYEN—More than 100 Pangasinenses were hired on the spot during the November 14 jobs fair hosted by the Provincial Employment Services Office (PESO).

PESO Manager Alex Ferrer said House Technology Industries Pte. Ltd, (HTI), which is in need of 1,000 workers for immediate employment, recruited 100 applicants while Makati Finance Corporation (MFC) hired 11 new employees.

The Magic Group of Companies also participated in the fair and processed 34 applications, 14 of which are being considered for hiring.

Cavite-based HTI said the new recruits who passed the exams and final interview will be deployed to the HTI office in Cavite on November 25 for free medical examination and a three-day orientation.

MFC’s new hires fill up their new offices that will open this month in Urdaneta City, Alaminos City and Dagupan City.

The corporation provides motorcycle loans and cash loans for doctors who wish to put up their own clinics and medical offices.
