HELP FOR TACLOBAN AND LEYTE—Board Member Ranjit Shahani (left) and Provincial Administrator Rafael Howard F. Baraan (right) turn over a P4-million cash aid to Tacloban City Councilor Cristina Gonzalez-Romualdez (2nd from left) and Leyte Rep. Ferdinand Martin G. Romualdez (center) at the Manila Golf and Country Club last November 14.  Tacloban, a chartered city, and the province of Leyte will each have a P2-million share for purchasing emergency relief goods for victims of Super Typhoon Yolanda.  Provincial Resolution No. 433-2013authorized Gov. Amado T. Espino, Jr. to source the amount from the calamity fund of Pangasinan.  Joining Rep. Romualdez is his chief of staff, Rachel Santiago-Rodeles (2nd from right).  (PIO/Photo courtesy of BM Shahani)
