FULL OPERATIONS—The Seafood Processing Complex in Bonuan Binloc, Dagupan is busy in the first week of November as it goes full blast on its operations. Dr. Wesley Rosario, head of the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources-National Integrated Fisheries Technology Development Center and appointed manager of the plant, said they are going to conduct trainings for additional workers in the center during this month because of the growing number of customers.
