EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT WITH WAIVER OF RIGHTS
Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late GAUDENCIO A. CABANLIG and EUFEMIA R. CABANLIG, who died intestate on Sept. 19, 1989 and March 15, 2012, consisting of a Two (2) parcels of land both situated at Mapandan, Pangasinan, containing an area of 38289 and 1150 sq. meters, in the estate of Gaudencio A. Cabanlig, and Four (4) parcels of land, residential-305 sq. meters, house- 72.70 sq. meters, parcel of land 1140 sq. meters, and 5,000 sq. meters, covered by Tax Decl. No. 106, 067, and TCT No. 212848, N-195497, Tax Decl. No. 013-13536 and Tax Decl. No. 104, are the subject of extrajudicial settlement with waiver of rights over the Real Properties Nos. 3, 4, 5 and 6, in favor of EFREN R. CABANLIG, under Doc. No. 221; Page No. 46; Book No. III; Series of 2013, under Notary Public Atty. Antonio V. Tiong.
