EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF THE ESTATE
Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late ADELIO AMANSEC, who died intestate on Sept. 12, 2013 at Mangaldan, Pangasinan, consisting of Insurance Policy from the GSIS under Policy No. HEPH539684 and from that policy involves a parcel of land that was transferred by Danilo Yatar in favor of ADELIO AMANSEC, and also left money from his Air Materiel Wing Savings and Loan Association, Inc. (AMWSLAI) Bank Account No. 008-10-005992-9, is the subject of extrajudicial settlement with waiver of rights in favor of JULIE MAGNO AMANSEC, under Doc. No. 93; Page No. 20; Book No. III; Series of 2013, under Notary Public Joseph Emmanuel B. Cera.
