Capitol employees to hold team building

LINGAYEN—Provincial government employees will have a series of team-building activities starting this week at the Balingasay River in Bolinao in lieu of the traditional Christmas party.

“We have to further develop closer and professional relationships among employees in their working areas and for the different departments to synchronize their works. Through this, we will further have synergy,” said Governor Amado Espino Jr. after the weekly flag raising ceremony last November 18 at the Capitol Plaza.

Espino added that the activity is the local government’s way of thanking the employees for their hard work and to celebrate the national and regional awards reaped by the province this year.

“We in the managerial positions want them (the employees) to feel the achievements themselves. We want them to have a relaxation,” he remarked.

There will be three groups that will take turns in the team building set on Nov. 28-30, December 5-7, and Dec.12-14.–Johanne R. Macob
