Golden, Mapandan, Pangasinan consisting of a residential lot and small house built of light materials respectively covered by TCT No. 219713 and house declared under Tax Decl. No. 007-00196, are the subject of self-adjudication by the only heir Nelson A. Lalas, under Doc. No. 353; Page No. 72; Book No. I, Series of 2013, under Notary Public Atty. Gerald M. Tabadero.
