Top woman drug dealer in Sual arrested
LINGAYEN–A woman listed as a top drug dealer in Sual town was arrested in a buy-bust operation in Poblacion Sual Wednesday afternoon.
Taken into police custody was Minda Tandoc, 44, of of Barangay Baybay Sur, Sual and seized from her possession were nine heat-sealed plastic transparent sachets containing white crystalline substance suspected to be shabu, and five pieces of P100.00 bill used by lawmen as marked money.
The suspect and the confiscated items were brought to the Sual police station while the suspected sachets of shabu were brought to Philippine National Police Crime Laboratory in Lingayen.
Charges for violation of Sec. 5 and 11 of Art. II of Republic Act 9165 (Dangerous Drugs Act) are now being prepared against the suspect.
