Finding the herein amended petition to be sufficient in form and substance, the Court hereby sets the same for hearing on NOVEMBER 18, 2013 at 8:30 o’clock in the morning.
Let a notice of initial hearing be published in Sunday Punch, a newspaper of general circulation in the province of Pangasinan, including the cities of Dagupan, San Carlos, Urdaneta and Alaminos at the expense of the petitioners once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks.
