Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late DOMINADOR ESTARIS, who died intestate on January 17, 1998 at San Jacinto, Pangasinan, consisting of a parcel of land containing an area of 10,479 sq. meters, more or less, declared  under Tax Decl. No. 5248 (1175), is the subject of extrajudicial partition with absolute sale in favor of GEORGE T. LI, under Doc. No. 344; Page No. 70; Book No. 156, Series of 2007, under Notary Public Atty. Danilo Macasieb.
