DEED OF EXTRA-JUDICIAL SETTLEMENT WITH QUITCLAIM
Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late SPOUSES LORETO RAMOS & TEODORA RAMOS, who died intestate on Feb. 01, 2001 and Aug. 02, 1995 both at San Jacinto, Pangasinan, consisting of a parcel of land containing an area of 3,762 square meters, more or less, covered by Tax Decl. No. 4546, is the subject of extrajudicial settlement with quitclaim in favor of Josefina Ramos-Benito that certain 2,572.85 square meters only, under Doc. No. 01; Page No. 02; Book No. VI; Series of 2010 under Notary Public Atty. Ramon J. Veloria.
