Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late FRANCISCO FERRERIA, who died intestate on January 11, 1989 at San Fabian, Pangasinan, consisting of a parcel of land containing an area of 537.5 sq. meters, more or less declared under Tax Decl. No. 00082, is the subject of extrajudicial settlement of real property with deed of absolute sale in favor of SPS. JESSIE CLAVERIA and MARILYN CLAVERIA, that certain 76 sq. meters more or less only, under Doc. No. 018; Page No. 05; Book No. IX; Series of 2013, under Notary Public Atty. Leoncio M. Pausamos.
