BEST IN THE COUNTRY—The province of Pangasinan was adjudged one of the two country’s Outstanding Accounting Office (Provincial Level Category) in 2012 by the Association of Government Accountant of the Philippines (AGAP), Inc. upon the recommendation of the Commission on Audit. Receiving the award for Pangasinan is Provincial Accountant Officer-in-Charge Arturo Soriano (6th from left) during the AGAP convention seminar at the L’ Fisher Hotel in Bacolod City last October 14.
