7th Sari-sari Store Fair opens Oct. 17
THOUSANDS of sari-sari storeowners in the northern Luzon area will once again flock to the CSI Stadia in Lucao, Dagupan City for the 7th Sari-Sari Store Fair that will run from October 17 until the 20th.
This year’s theme “Tulay Pangkabuhayan Para sa Mamamayan” highlights the contributions of the small enterprises to its owners as well as the economy.
Dagupan Mayor Belen Fernandez, brainchild of this yearly project and chair of the CSI Group of Companies, said about 70 exhibitors and suppliers of premier brands are joining the event and offering discounts of up to 70 percent on selected items, giveaway items and instant prizes.
Fernandez said the fair helps stimulate the growth of sari-sari stores that abound in the barangays providing convenient access to commonly-used household goods.
Aside from the exhibits, various seminars related to small business operations will also be held.
“This is our way of thanking our valued customers for their continued patronage to us,” Fernandez said.
