2 students arrested for marijuana possession
TWO students of the Robert Estrella National High School in Rosales were also arrested Wednesday by the police for having in their possession while inside the school campus one marijuana brick, which was about two by four inches in size.
Arrested were Jefferson Cabodoy, 16, of Barangay Bartolome, and Richard Lopez, 21 of Barangay Salcedo, San Manuel, Tarlac.
Concerned residents who saw the two having in their possession the marijuana brick with an estimated value of P500 tipped off the police about the suspects.
