Pa charged for rape of 2 minor daughters
SAN CARLOS CITY—A construction worker in this city was charged last Tuesday at the City Prosecutor’s Office for allegedly sexually abusing his two minor daughters several times.
The accused, Willy Barboza, 33, resident of Barangay Bolingit here, voluntarily surrendered to the city police station on September 11 accompanied by a pastor.
Supt. Rodolfo Castro Jr, officer-in-charge police chief, reported that Barboza’s two daughters alleged that their father repeatedly raped them in their residence, the latest being on Sept. 6.
A concerned citizen accompanied the two daughters to the police station to lodge their complaint.–Eva Visperas
