 THE HONORABLE LOCAL CIVIL REGISTRAR OF CALASIAO, PANGASINAN, NATIONAL STATISTICS OFFI-CE  (NSO), SALVADOR RO-SARIO, ADRIAN ROSARIO, ADSON ROSARIO, ARIEL ROSARIO, ALSON ROSARIO and ARCHIE ROSARIO/Respondents.

ORDER

 Finding the Amended Petition filed by the petitioner praying that respondent Local Civil Registrar of Calasiao, Pangasinan be ordered to cancel Certificate of Live Birth No. 93-513 of Ailyn Vergara Rosario, and her First Name be changed from Wilyn to Ailyn, to be sufficient in form and substance, let the said amended petition be set for hearing on October 29, 2013 at 9:00 in the morning before this Court at which date, time and place, any interested person may appear and show cause why petition should not be granted.

Let this petition be published once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in the province of Pangasinan, including the Cities of Dagupan, San Carlos, Urdaneta and Alaminos, at the expense of the petitioner.

Furnish copies of this order to the Office of the Solicitor General, Makati City, Office of the Provincial Prosecutor, Dagupan City, Atty. Emmanuel Noah Siapno, the respondents and the petitioner.
