NOTICE OF EXTRA-JUDICIAL SALE

Upon extra-judicial application for sale under act 3135, as amended, filed by mortgagee, MAHARLIKA RURAL BANK, INC. with principal office at Sta. Cruz, Zambales against mortgagors, SPS. ROBERTO and TERESITA RABAGO, are of legal ages and a resident of San Roque, Alaminos City, Pangasinan to satisfy the mortgage indebtedness amounting to TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P200,000.00), Philippine Currency, exclusive of interest, attorney’s fee, cost of public auction, penalty, service charge and other expenses incidental to the foreclosure sale, the Officer-in-charge thru herein undersigned  Sheriff, hereby announces that on October 30, 2013 between the hours of 9:00 o’clock in the morning and 4:00 o’clock in the afternoon at  the Office of the Clerk of Court & Sheriffs, Regional Trial Court, Alaminos City, Pangasinan, will sell at public auction to the highest bidder for Cash and Philippine Currency, the herein below described real property, to wit:

“A parcel of land (Lot 13767-N, PSD-01-079778, being a portion of lot 13767, Cad, 325-D, Alaminos Cadastre, L.R.C. Rec. No.) situated of Brgy. Palamis, Mun. of Alaminos, Prov. of Pangasinan, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the SE along line 1-2 by Lot 13768-Lot 1102 B,  CSD-1-002742 (OLT); on the SW., NW & NE., along line 2-3-4-1 by Lot 13767-R of the Subd. plan. Beginning of a point marked “1” of lot 13767 N on plan, being S., 10 DEG., 18’W., 1544.35M from BLLM No. 1 Cad-325-D, Alaminos Cadastre.

HENCE S., 19 DEG., 18’W., 30.02 M. TO POINT 2;

THENCE N. 68 DEG., 24’W. 17.32 M. TO POINT 3;

Bearing true; Registered at the Register of Deeds of Alaminos, Pangasinan under TCT No. 027-2011000490 and declared under Tax Declaration No. 2724 in the name of Sps. Roberto Reinoso and Teresita Rabago assessed at P760.00 for the year 2011.”

Notes: In the event the public auction should not take place on the said date, it shall be held on November 7, 2013 without further notice.

Prospective buyers and bidders are hereby enjoined to investigate for themselves the Title/Tax Declaration of the above described real property and encumbrances thereon, if any there be.
