IN celebration of the National Breast Cancer Awareness Month in October, the Northern Cancer Trust Foundation, Inc. (NCTFI) will hold “Dibdibang Takbuhan 2013”, a fundraising marathon to help support underprivileged cancer patients.

The fun-run, according to NCTFI president Edna Gonzales, is scheduled on September 22 starting at 5:30 a.m. at the De Venecia Hi-Way Extension, Dagupan City.

Interested participants can register for the 1, 3, 5 or 10-kilometer races. Cash prizes are at stake.

The event is co-sponsored by the Dagupan Doctors – Villaflor Cancer Institute, Pangasinan Medical Society and the Philippine Society of Anesthesiologists –Pangasinan, North Luzon Chapter.
