Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late TITA A. VELASCO, who died intestate on April 30, 2013 at Rabon, San Fabian, Pangasinan, consisting of a parcel of land containing an area of 4,106 square meters, more or less, covered by TCT No. 307880, is the subject of extrajudicial partition with donation in favor of ANNALYN FLORIDA VELASCO that certain One-Half of the above property  with an area of 2,053 sq. meters, under Doc. No. 279; Page No. 57; Book No. 1; Series of 2013, under Notary Public Atty. Gerald M. Tabadero.
