No. 28, Tax Decl. 27, 91, 90, 5869, 5224, OCT No. P9235, Tax Decl. No. 01006 and OCT No. P-9235 and TCT -239292, are the subject of extrajudicial settlement of estate with quitclaim, waiver and renunciation of shares, rights and interests in favor of EUMELIA B. CASTILLO and ERWIN DARIO B. CASTILLO, under Doc. No. 82; Page No. 18; Book No. VIII; Series of 2013, under Notary Public Atty. Michael Gotos Dela Vega.
