Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late DOMINADOR DISPO, who died intestate on August 21, 1994 at San Fabian, Pangasinan, consisting of a parcels of unirrigated riceland and a small house both situated at San Fabian, Pangasinan,  containing an area of 340 sq.mtrs and 30 sq.mtrs  build of CHB, wood, with G.I. roofing, are the subject of extrajudicial settlement with sale of parcel of land SPS.
