Urdaneta VM Parayno passes away
URDANETA City Vice Mayor Julio Parayno passed away last August 19 due to a lingering illness.
In a special session Friday, the provincial board passed a resolution condoling with the bereaved family and recognized the public servant’s demise as a loss not just to Urdaneta but to the entire province as well.
“The provincial officials, the provincial workforce and the whole constituency of Pangasinan are offering solemn prayers for the eternal repose of the soul of the late Vice Mayor Parayno,” the resolution said.
Parayno’s remains lie in state at his residence in Barangay Bayaoas, Urdaneta City.–Eva Visperas
