August 20, as of 8:00 pm:

AGUILAR: The waist-deep floodwater in barangays Bocboc West and San Jose in Aguilar has displaced 50 families. The same situation in Bugallon’s barangays Cayanga, Portic, Bañga, Cabayaoasan, Bunelag, Pantal, Poblacion and Salasa has affected

BAYAMBANG:  One person reportedly drowned in barangay Tampog .

BUGALLON: The knee-high level to some waist-deep floodwater has affected 1, 078 families in barangays Cayanga (8), Portic (10), Bañaga (376), Cabayaoasan (320), Buenlag (30), Pantal (320), Pobalcion (10) and Salasa (4).

DAGUPAN CITY: The barangays now under state of calamity are: Pantal, Lasip Chico, Lasip Grande, Malued, Bacayao Sur, Bacayao Norte, Mayombo, Calmay, Luao, Herrero-Perez, merged Barangay 2 and 3, Poblacion Oeste, Amado-Tapuac, Bonuan Boquig, Caranglaan, Bonuan Gueset and Barangay 1.

LINGAYEN: A waist-deep flood also affected five families in barangay Libsong West.

MANGALDAN:  Barangay Gueguesangen remains flooded.

MANGATAREM, 1, 415 families in barangays Burgos, Zamora, Cabison Bulaney Niog, Bogtong Centro, Bogtong Bolo, Bogtong Bunao, Talogtog, Malunec, Torre 1, Torres Bugallon and Caoile Olegario are experiencing knee-high to waist level flood water.

STA. BARBARA: The 12 barangays now under state of calamity are Alibago, Dalongue, Malanay, Primicias, Sonquil, Tebag East, Tuliao, Banaoang, Erfe, Minien West, Nilombot and Tebag West.

URDANETA CITY: The barangays of San Vicente and Bayaoas remain flooded.

 

August 20, as of 7:30 pm : Dagupan’s 18 barangay have been declared under state of calamity.

A rescue operation is ongoing in barangay Pampano in Mangatarem because of overflow of Agno River. Bugallon is also affected.

The floodwaters in Calasiao’s 4 barangays (San Vicente, Lasip, Talibaew and Banaoang) remain high.

 

August 20, as of 11:20 am:  High tide in Dagupan has aggravated situation. Floodwater in Pantal and Herrero is 2 ft high; Mayombo, Arellano/A.B Fernandez experiencing 1 foot floodwater.

 

August 20, as of 10:30am: Sta. Barbara declares a state of calamity after 8 barangays are severely flooded as the Sinocalan River continues to rise.

 

August 20, as of 8 am: CDRRMC recorded latest floodwater levels in Pantal to 4-20 inches (interior areas not passable to light vehicles); Lasip Chico, 4 inches; Lasip Grande, 12 inches; Pogo Chico, 24 inches; Pogo Grande, 10 inches; Malued, 16-30 inches; Bacayao Sur, 18 inches; Bacayao Norte, 10 inches; Mayombo, 24 inches; Calmay, 18 inches; Lucao, 18 inches; Herrero-Perez, 6 inches; Brgy 2 and 3, 13 inches; Poblacion Oeste, 22 inches; Amado-Tapuac, 5 inches; Bonuan Boquig, 9 inches; Caranglaan, 12 inches; Bonuan Gueset, 4 inches; and Brgy 1, 12 inches.

 

August 20, as of 7:55 am: The Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council earlier reported that the following barangays in Calasiao (barangays San Vicente, Lasip, Talibaew and Poblacion East); in Bugallon (barangays Cayanga, Portic, Bañaga and Cabayaoasan); in Mangatarem (barangay Pampano); and in Sta. Barbara (barangays Alibago, Dalongue, Sonquil, Tebag East and Tuliao) are under water.

Bugallon already registered 105 evacuees from brgy Cayanga and Portic. Calasiao has 10 evacuees from Barangay Poblacion East.

Earlier, the Dagupan CDRRMC reported that the following barangays in the city are being closely monitored for possible evacuation: Pantal, Lasip Chico, Lasip Grande, Pogo Chico, Pogo Grande, Malued, Bacayao Sur, Bacayao Norte, Mayombo, Calmay, Lucao, Herrero-Perez, Barangay 2, Barangay 3, Poblacion Oeste, Arellano and Amado-Tapuac.

 

August 20, as of 6 am: Many barangays in Calasiao, Sta. Barbara, Bugallon, Aguilar, San Fabian and Mangatarem are under water. Evacuation has been ordered in some barangays. Nineteen barangays in Dagupan are flooded but still no evacuees.
Water level at San Roque Dam is now 264.33 m.
