Update as of Aug 13 / 9:00am: Floodwaters in Dagupan have receded.
Update as of Aug 13 / 8:00am: Residents in San Vicente, Urdaneta City were evacuated last night and they remain at the evacuation center this morning.
Update as of Aug 13 / 7:00am: Floodwaters remain in some low areas in Brgys Talibaew, Lasip and San Vicente in Calasiao and in Brgys Malued and Lasip in Dagupan City. Sta Barbara highway is completely passable although water level in Sinucalan River is still high.
Update as of Aug 12/ 8:30pm: LINGAYEN–Thirty fishermen from Bolinao and Infanta are still missing since they left to fish in the Western Philippine Sea last Thursday.
Eleven are from Bolinao and 19 from Infanta. They were on board four separate fishing boats, two groups from each town.
Alert as of Aug 12/ 7:30pm – Evacuation of families in Brgay Inamutan in Urdaneta Cty and in Brgys Kayanga and Kabayaossan in Bugallon are ongoing. Communities near Agno River are being closely monitored.
Alert as of Aug 12/ 6:40pm – Flood water in Banaoang, Sta. Barbara and in Dagupan’s low-lying areas, however, have not receded.
Alert as of Aug 12/6pm – The water level at the San Roque Dam is already deemed out of critical level. The flood waters in many parts of Dagupan, Urdaneta and Sta. Barbara are already reportedly receding. Government agencies and coastal communities are watching out for storm surge.
As of Aug 12/2:35pm –In San Jacinto, 2-ft deep flooding reported in Inlambo, Macayug and San Vicente.
As of Aug 12/2:30pm – Floodwaters in Calasiao (Talibaew, Lasip, Nalsian, Pugo, San Vicente, Banaoang) are already thigh deep on the road.
In Mangaldan (Anolid, Alitaya) already 2 feet deep.
In San Fabian (Longos, Central) also feet deep. River by Cayanga Bridge already overflowing but still passable.
As of Aug 12/11:45am – flooding is already reported in Sta. Barbara (Brgys Sungkil, Alibago, Dalungue), in Calasiao (Brgys Banaoang, San Vicente) in Dagupan City (Brgys Malued, Lsip Chico, Arellano, part of Bonuan Gueset and downtown area).
