Trader held-up by men riding in tandem

SAN FABIAN—A businessman reported to the police that he was robbed at gunpoint by two men riding in tandem on a motorcycle along the national road in Barangay Longos Proper here at about 3:00 p.m. of August 21.

The victim was identified as Arsenio Biasura, 53, of Barangay Angio, San Fabian, who said he was on board his own motorcycle when he was stopped and held up by two men on board a maroon motorcycle with no plate number.

He described the suspects, wearing bonnets and tinted helmets, as both standing about 5’4”-5’5”.

After they ordered Biasura to pull over with the threat of a gun, they took his belt bag containing cash money amounting P57, 700, driver’s license, BPI ATM card, SSS identification card and a key to his motorcycle.

The unidentified suspects fled to unknown direction after the incident.

Elements of the San Fabian Police conducted an investigation and hot pursuit operation but it yielded negative result.
