THANK YOU AND GOODBYE, DR. JACKSON— Governor Amado T. Espino, Jr. (4th from left) presents Provincial Resolution No. 316-2013 to Mrs. Marilen Soriano (4th from right), wife of the late Pangasinan Provincial Hospital (PPH) Chief Jackson D. Soriano in a memorial service at the PPH Gymnasium last August 8.  The provincial government expressed its sincerest condolences and deepest sympathy to the family of Dr. Soriano who succumbed to lung cancer at age 54.  Joining Mrs. Soriano are her children and brother-in-law, Atty.
