Pusher falls in buy-bust operation
NATIVIDAD–A suspected drug pusher was arrested by the police in buy-bust operation in Barangay Calapugan here at about 1:40 p.m. of August 21.
The suspect was identified as Aurelio Pagal, 49, who sold one small sachet believed to be containing shabu to an operative who acted as poseur buyer.
Recovered from the possession of the suspect were one small heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected to be shabu and the P500 marked money used in the operation.
The suspect has been charged for violation of Republic Act 9165 or the Anti-Drugs law.
