NOTICE OF EXTRAJUDICIAL SALE
Upon extrajudicial application for sale under act 3135, as amended, filed by mortgagee RURAL BANK OF ALAMINOS, INC., with principal place of business at Brgy. Poblacion, Quezon Ave., Alaminos City, Pangasinan, against mortgagors SPS. ANDREW & JENIFER C. BALECHA, both Filipino, both of legal age and with residence and postal address at Brgy. Bolaney, Alaminos City, Pangasinan, to satisfy the mortgage indebtedness as of July 24, 2013, amounts to ONE HUNDRED FORTY SEVEN THOUSAND SIXTY EIGHT PESOS & FIFTY FOUR CENTAVOS (147,068.54), Philippine Currency, exclusive of interests, penalties, attorney’s fees, and other incidental expenses to be incurred in connection with the foreclosure penalties, attorney’s fees, and other incidental expenses to be incurred in connection with the foreclosure sale, the Clerk of Court & Provincial Sheriff Ex-Officio of Pangasinan thru herein undersigned Sheriff, hereby announces that on September 30, 2013 between the hours of 9:00 o’clock in the morning and 3:00 o’clock in the afternoon at the Office of the Clerk of Court & Sheriffs, Regional Trial Court, Alaminos City, Pangasinan will sell at public auction to the highest bidder for Cash and Philippine Currency, the herein below-described real property, to wit:
“A parcel of residential/unirrigated riceland situated in Barangay Bolaney, Alaminos City, Pangasinan, with an area of One Thousand Five Hundred (1,500) square meters, more or less. Bounded on the NORTH, by remaining portion; on the EAST, by Epifanio Bainto; on the SOUTH, by Eufemia Quirimit and on the WEST, by Right of Way. Declared under Tax Declaration No. 957 and with an assessed value of P12,200.00.”
NOTE:
All sealed bids must be submitted to the undersigned on the above stated time and date. In the Event the public auction should not take place on the said date, it shall be held on October 7, 2013 without further notice.
Prospective buyers and bidders are hereby enjoined to investigate for themselves the title of the above-described real property, and encumbrances thereon, if any there be.
