HERE TO STAY?–A butanding (whale shark), one of at least seven, frolics in the waters just off the coast of San Fabian town where they have been regularly seen for several months now, the longest period since they were first spotted at the Lingayen Gulf in 2001. There are plans by the provincial government to organize guided tours to the area to allow visitors to have a closer look and at the same time ensure the protection of the giant creatures.
