No. 029-15912, and TCT No. 307884, is the subject of extrajudicial  partition with donation in favor of  ANNALYN FLORIDA VELASCO, under Doc. No. 217; Page No. 45; Book No. 1; Series of 2013, under Notary Public Atty. Gerald Tabadero.
