Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late DOMINGO SANTOS, who died intestate on April 3, 2013, at Barangay Barangaka, Marikina, Metro Manila, consisting of Two parcels of land and agricultural land, both situated at Bugallon, Pangasinan, containing an area 8,148 sq. mtrs, more or less, covered by TCT No. 189447 and 789 sq. meters, more or less, declared under Tax Decl. No. 84, are the subject of extrajudicial settlement of estate with quitclaim in favor of DEMETRIA B. AQUINO, under Doc. No. 37; Page No. 9; Book No. XII; Series of 2013, under Notary Public Atty. Dominique C. Evangelista.
