Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late JOSE SORIANO, who died intestate on March 20, 2006 at Tococ West, Bayambang, Pangasinan, consisting of a parcel of land containing an area of 1,378 square meters, more or less, covered by TCT No. 245281, is the subject of extra-judicial partition with partial deed of sale in favor of MELBA C. JUNIO that certain 1,053 sq.meters and JUANITA B. SORIANO that certain 325 sq. meters only, under Doc No. 104; Page No. 21; Book No. XIV; Series of 2013, under Notary Public Atty. Honorato R. Mataban.
