HUFANA, who died intestate on June 28, 1989 at Region I Medical Center, Dagupan City, consisting of a parcel of land situated at San Jacinto, Pangasinan, containing an area of 13,580 sq. meters, more or less, declared under Tax Decl. No. 482, is the subject of extrajudicial adjudication with quitclaim in favor of DOMINGO P. HUFANA, under Doc. No. 453; Page No. 92; Book No. VIII; Series of 2013, under Notary Public Atty. Leoncio M. Pausanos.
