BUSINESS PLATES TO WASTE—A Dagupan city hall employees digs out some 5,300 unusable business plates produced by two suppliers for issuance by the One Stop Shop Business Center for the anticipated 2013-2015 Lim administration. The plates would have cost the city P.709 million or P.407 million more if the anomaly had not been discovered under the new term of Mayor Belen Fernandez.
