UMINGAN– The bodies of two unidentified male persons believed to be “salvage” victims from Nueva Ecija were found in an isolated part of the national road in Barangay Carayungan Sur here on August 7 at about 5:30 a.m.

The two victims were found on the road shoulder and the police said there are indications that the bodies were dumped there by the still unidentified perpetrators of the crime.

One victim was 5’4” tall, with medium body built, about 40 years old and wearing denim short pants and a gray long sleeved shirt.

The other victim was 5’7” tall, medium built, about 35 years old, bald-headed and wearing dark blue short pants and gray t-shirt with black stripes.

The faces of the victims were covered with a packaging tape and both of their hands and feet were tied with long thin metal wire. Both have gunshot wounds on their heads.

Ten empty shells of Cal. 45 pistol were found near the bodies.

However, the police said the empty shells appeared to have been left by the perpetrators to mislead investigators.
