NOTICE OF EXTRA-JUDICIAL SALE

Upon extra-judicial petition for sale under Act No. 3135, as amended filed on May 29, 2013 by BHF RURAL BANK, INC. against GRETCHEN PABORES of Bonuan Blue Beach, Dagupan City to satisfy the mortgage indebtedness which as of April 25, 2013 amounts to FIVE HUNDRED THRITY SIX THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED THRITY ONE AND 58/100 PESOS (Php536,431.58) Philippine Currency excluding interest, charges, penalties, attorney’s fees, publication  expenses and expenses to the public auction sale, the undersigned Sheriff IV will sell at public auction on August 14, 2013 between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM infront of the City Hall Building (main entrance) Dagupan City to the highest bidder, for cash and in Philippine Currency, the below-described property/s, with all existing improvements thereon, to wit:

Tax Declaration No. 09-4695-I (House Improvement)

A parcel of land (Lot 1, Pcs-01-004071, being a consolidation-subd. of Lot 9872-B-7 & Lot 9872-B-8, Psd-015518-023388, LRC Rec. No. ____), situated in Brgy. Bonuan Gueset, Rurban Code No. 015518, City of Dagupan, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the SE., & SW., along lines 1-2-3 by Lot 2 of the consolidation subd., plan; on the NW., along line 3-4 by Lot 9872-B-9, Psd-015518-023388; on the NE., along line 4-5-1 by Lot 9872-B-12 Psd-015518-023388 (existing Road 4-5 m. wide). Xxx containing an area of ONE HUNDRED SIXTY SIX (166) SQUARE METERS, more or less, declared under Tax Declaration No. 4094685 covered by TCT No. 85428 and assessed at P9,960.00 for the current year. Consisting of 2 Storey residential building made of HB, PW & RC (SLAB) roof under Tax Declaration No. 09-4695-I. Including all the existing improvements thereon and those that may be introduced thereto. Land Tax paid under O.R. #0069588 & 0070768 Under Act 493.

The bidding will be done thru SEALED BIDS and the property will be awarded to the best and highest bidder who shall pay his bid in cash or manager’s check in Philippine Currency within five (5) days from notice.

All sealed bids must be submitted to the undersigned on the above-stated time and date.

In the event the public auction sale should not take place on the said date, it shall be held on August 21, 2013 same time and place without further notice.

Prospective buyers may investigate for themselves the Title/Tax Declaration of the property/s afore-described and the encumbrances thereon if any there be.
