EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE WITH QUITCLAIM AND PARTITION
Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late MARCELA MAQUILLAO, who died intestate on December 23, 2007, consisting of a parcel land situated at Brgy. San Vicente, San Jacinto, Pangasinan, containing an area of 292 sq. meters, more or less, declared under Tax Decl. No. 10779, is the subject of extrajudicial settlement of estate with quitclaim and partition by and among the heirs: namely Lorenzo, 80 sq.m, Mendy 88 sq.m., and Luis 72 sq. m., all surnamed RAMOS.
