DISASTER PREPAREDNESS—Rep. Gina de Venecia (center, front), together with the four mayors in the 4th District, try out a boat for size that she plans to commission for each of the five local governments in her district, specifically to support the disaster preparedness programs of Dagupan City and the towns of Mangaldan, Manaoag, San Fabian, and San Jacinto. The boat will be partnered with a multi-purpose van that has a built-in kitchen and shed for a feeding program, a built-in stage and other emergency equipment that can be used by the LGUs during emergencies.
