BEST LGU AWARD FROM BSP—Governor Amado Espino Jr. proudly announces the latest award bestowed on Pangasinan as the Most Outstanding Local Government Unit by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BS) for its successful implementation of the Credit Support Fund.  Espino will receive the recognition on July 16 at the BSP Assembly Hall in Manila during the 10th Awards Ceremony for BSP Stakeholders.  (PIO)
