THE Civil Service Commission (CSC)-Lingayen field office is now accepting applications for the second Career Service Examinations Paper-and-Pencil Test (CSE-PPT) to be conducted on October 13 at the Dagupan City National High School.

Applications are being accepted at the CSC field office until August 30.

CSE is a general ability test designed to measure an individual’s preparedness to enter government service. Passing the examination entitles one to either a professional or sub-professional eligibility, which is needed for permanent appointment to corresponding positions in the government career service.

The examination is open to all qualified applicants regardless of educational attainment.

Applicants must be 18 years of age at the time of application, with no criminal record nor conviction of an offense or crime involving moral turpitude, or disgraceful or immoral conduct, dishonesty, examination irregularity, drunkenness or addiction to drugs, not dishonorably discharged from military service or dismissed for cause in the government and must not have taken the same level of examination in less than three months.
