Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late SPS. LEOPOLDO R. MARQUEZ & ERLINDA SANDOVAL MARQUEZ, who died intestate on April 20, 2003 and June 15, 2003 at the Pangasinan Medical Center, Inc., Nable St., Dagupan City and at San Vicente, Calasiao, Pangasinan, consisting of a parcels of land covered by Tax Decl. Nos. 542 with a residential house covered by Tax Decl. No. 543, Tax Decl. No. 644, Tax Decl. No. 509, with an area of 529,729 & 3205 and Motorcycle covered by Cert. of Reg. No. 44527421, together with a Rural Bank of Calasiao, Inbc., Calasiao, Pangasinan deposit covered by Passbook No. 01-25520-5 is the subject of Affidavit of Self Adjudication by their only child on June 29, 2013 before notary public Atty. Virgilio A. Manipud, Sr.
