Before this Court is a Petition for Cancellation of Certificate of Live Birth under Local Civil Registry No. 86-1298 of Melania Serrna Sim.

Finding the petition sufficient in form and substance, the same is hereby set for hearing on October 21, 2013 at 8:30 in the morning. Any interested person may show cause, if any, why this petition should not be granted.

Let this Order be published ONCE a week for THREE (3) consecutive weeks in the SUNDAY PUNCH at the expense of the petitioner.

Furnish copy of this Order, the petition and its annexes to the Hon. Solicitor General, Makati City, the Local Civil Registrar of Manaoag, Pangasinan, the Provincial Prosecutor, Urdaneta City, and to the petitioner and counsel for thier information and guidance.
