NOTICE OF EXTRA-JUDICIAL SALE

Upon extra-judicial petition for sale under Act 3135 as Amended, filed on 29 April 2013, by, FIRST ISABELA COOPERATIVE BANK, INC. (FICOBANK), with principal office at Rizal St., Poblacion Mangaldan, Pangasinan, against MS. CHARICE L. AQUINO and RAYMUND T. BASBAS with residence and postal address at Barrozo Subd., A.B. Fernandez East, Dagupan City, Pangasinan and No. 3 Bliss Mabilao, San Fabian, Pangasinan, to satisfy the mortgage indebtedness which as of  April 22, 2013 amounts to ONE MILLION SIX HUNDRED THIRTY FIVE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SEVENTY SEVEN and 78/100 PESOS (PHP1,635,977.78), Philippine Currency, including interests, penalties, other charges and attorney’s fees but exclusive of interest and penalties thereafter and other expenses incidental to the public auction sale, the undersigned sheriff will sell at public auction on June 27, 2013 (Thursday) between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. at the back of the One Stop Shop, City Hall Complex, Dagupan City, Pangasinan, for cash and in Philippine Currency, the below described properties, with all the existing impro vements, to wit:

TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. 79106

“A parcel of land (Lot 2932-K-3-D, Psd-1-015598, being a portion of Lot 2932-K-3, (LRC) Psd-86809, L.R.C. Rec. No. 925) situated at District of Pantal, Dagupan City, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the SE., along line 1-2 by Lot 2932 -K-3-C of the subd., plan; on the SW., along line 2-3 by Lot 2941; on the NW., along line 3-4 by Lot 2932-K-2 (LRC) Psd-86809; on the NW., along line 4-1 by Lot 2932-O (LRC) Psd-57456 Alley (existing). Beginning at a point marked “1” xxxxxxxx to point of beginning; containing an area of TWO HUNDRED FORTY (240) SQUARE METERS more or less, including all improvements made and existing thereon.”

The bidding will be done thru SEALED BIDS and the properties will be awarded to the best and highest bidder who shall pay his bid in cash or manager’s check in Philippine Currency within five (5) days from Notice.

All sealed bids must be submitted to the undersigned on the above stated time and date.

In the event the public auction should not take place on the said date, it shall be held on July 4, 2013 (Thursday), same time and place, without further notice.

Prospective buyers may investigate for themselves the Title/Tax Declaration of the properties above-described and the encumbrances thereon, if any there be.
