MASS WEDDING IN DAGUPAN—More than 100 couples participate in the “Kasalan Ng Bayan Sa Buwan Ng Tag-Ulan”, officiated by Acting-Mayor Belen T. Fernandez.  The mass wedding is an annual program organized by the City Population Office, headed by Alex de Venecia.
