BAYAMBANG– A man was arrested by citizens after he stole not just four ordinary goats but pregnant goats in Barangay Tamaro here in broad daylight on June 6.

The suspect was identified as   Rey Eden, 31, a resident of Barangay Pugaro, Mapandan, who was caught in the act of stealing four pregnant goats owned by Alladin Paragas.

Eden is now lodged in jail while a case for Theft is being readied for filing against him and his cohort, a certain Jeremey, who managed to  escape.
