Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late VIOLETA A. TANDOC, who died intestate on May 20, 2010 in Alaminos City, Pangasinan, consisting of a Two (2) parcels of land both situated at Sual, Pangasinan, containing an area of 229 sq. meters and 532 sq. meters, covered by OCT No. OP-13355 and TCT No. 4542, are the subject of extrajudicial partition with waiver and quitclaim in favor of ROSANNA MARIE T. SORIANO that property coverd by OCT No. OP-13355 and ROLANDO A. TANDOC, that property covered by TCT No. 4542, under Doc. No. 496; Page No. 101; Book No. 11; Series of 2013.
