DEED OF EXTRAJUDICIAL PARTITION WITH QUITCLAIM
Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late BENIGNO R. MUNOZ, who died intestate on Jan. 31, 2013 at Brgy. Balite Sur, San Carlos City, Pangasinan, consisting of a parcel of land situated at Balite Sur, San Carlos City, Pangasinan, containing an area of 12,330 sq. meters, more or less, covered by TCT No. 39843, is the subject of extrajudicial partition with quitclaim in favor of JOSELITO MUNOZ, that certain 5,612 sq. meters and SONIA FE MUNOZ-VITO, that certain 2,668 sq. meters more or less, under Doc. No. 215; Page No. 44; Book No. VIII; Series of 2013, under Notary Public Atty. Jonathan R. Lomboy.
