Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late SPOUSES BRIGIDO ALONAJAN and ROMANA ACOSTA, who died intestate on May 8, 2013 and June 14, 2009 respectively, consisting of a Two parcels of land both situated at Binalonan, Pangasinan, containing an area of 237 sq. meters, and 398 sq. meters, more or less, covered by TCT No. 153185 and TCT No. 50186, are the subject of extrajudicial partition with sale in favor of ALMAR V. ALONAJAN, under Doc. No. 151; Page No. 32; Book No. XXXIII; Series of 2013, under Notary Public Atty. Serafin B. Garcia.
